How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We endeavor to get all orders dispatched as quickly as possible. Typically, orders will be dispatched within 2-4 days but delivery could take up to 2 weeks.
Because Evoworx is run by Datel, the company that manufacturers the majority of products sold on Evoworx, most products are in stock and available for immediate dispatch. On rare occasions there might be a small delay in dispatching orders where demand is unexpected high or at traditionally busy periods like Christmas.
If your order contains a mix of products that were in stock and products that were on back order at the time of ordering (this would have been indicated on the website when you ordered) then sometimes your order will be delayed whilst we await stock on the out of stock item.
You can check the status of your order by visiting the 'My Account' page in the Customer Services section of the site. You will be asked to log-in to view this information. Please use this facility to track your order rather than calling our customer services department only have access to the same information.
Can I return products I have purchased from Evoworx?
To avoid unnecessary hassle we would encourage all shoppers to read and understand all the relevant information about a product before making a purchase but we do understand that mistakes happen and occasionally you will find that for one reason or another you want to return an item you have ordered from us. If this happens you will need to contact our customer services department to get a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You then need to include this RMA number clearly on the packaging for the product when you return it.
Products can only be returned (unless faulty) within 7 days of purchase and in their original and resalable condition. Please ensure that all cables, instructions, software and packaging are included with your return. If any of these are missing the product will be returned to you.
Products returned without an RMA number cannot be tracked by us and will not be processed. Always clearly mark a product you are returning with your RMA number.
